![]() ![]() The lazy river was superb and we did it twice, once on an inflatable and once we swam it (with life jackets) the all inclusive deal is great we had breakfast and lunch and numerous ice creams and drinks. We had a great day! excellent value, we snorkelled I saw three massive Sting Rays and numerous other fish. We enjoyed the day but it was extremely long and tiring but glad we went. All the way around you can snap photos on your wrist band and we bought the package on the way out via digital at 53 USD around 49 pounds. We called it a day and showered and changed and headed to the bar to enjoy a dark rum and make our way out past the dolphins at 6 pm. After lunch we walked the opposite way around over the floating bridge to go into the cave (which btw no life jackets that side so we had to cross back along the bridge again) along the trail to cross the lazy river again and this time we joined in the inflatables after seeing the cenote (would not have jumped in here it was full of algae and dodgy looking fish) The lazy river by then was much quieter than when we had snorkelled it and we drifted in the sunshine (took ages) At the end the wind had got up and we really did have to paddle a lot go get out. Then it was time for lunch and we headed to the Mexican which was lovely and included lots of choice plus drinks are included at the park all day. This was also good fun and we cycled to the beginning of the lazy river and snorkelled our way along the mangroves. We came out of the snorkelling and decided to walk to the cycle end and give the bikes a go. Next we headed for the snorkelling (we had them included) and spent an hour or so in the main area amongst the rocks and saw loads of different marine life which was fab. This was great but you do get bumped around a bit and we both had sore necks the next day. We managed to suss out the lockers and purchased some scuba shoes (rip off btw) then headed to the lighthouse slide as first port of call. We visited Xel Ha on a lovely blue sky day.
